1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website and software application located at zooby.app (hereafter "Zooby" or "Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not access or use our Service.

These Terms apply to all visitors, users, organization administrators, and others who access or use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Zooby is a real-time workplace management system (HRMS) and team collaboration platform. Features include attendance tracking, shifts management, task boards, department channels, direct messages, project management, notifications, and third-party integrations with Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Gmail.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Service at any time, including the availability of any feature, database, or content.

3. Registration & Accounts

To utilize the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and keep your account details updated.

You are solely responsible for protecting the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized use or security breach.

4. Google Integrations

Zooby provides integrations with Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Gmail to enable scheduling, document management, and communication features within the application. Each integration is independently authorized by you through Google OAuth and can be connected or disconnected at any time through the Integration Settings panel.

Zooby's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

4a. Google Drive Integration

By linking your Google Drive account to Zooby, you authorize the Service to access selected Google Drive files and folders on your behalf as necessary for the document management features you explicitly select and authorize through Google OAuth and Google Picker.

Zooby accesses only the selected Google Drive files and folders required to perform the actions initiated by the user within the application.
No file content from Google Drive is permanently stored on Zooby servers. We only store metadata references.
You can disconnect the Google Drive integration at any time. Upon disconnection, all OAuth tokens are permanently deleted.

4b. Gmail Integration

By linking your Gmail account to Zooby, you authorize the Service to send emails on your behalf using the restricted gmail.send scope. We do not request, access, or use the gmail.modify scope.

We do not read, receive, modify, delete, or retrieve messages, threads, or labels from your Gmail inbox.
No email content is stored on Zooby servers.
You can disconnect the Gmail integration at any time through the Integration Settings panel.

4d. Meta Platform & Instagram API Integrations

Zooby enables integration with Meta Platforms (Instagram Login & Facebook Graph API). By connecting your Instagram or Facebook business accounts, you agree to comply with Meta Platform Terms:

You authorize Zooby to manage connected Instagram accounts, fetch direct message threads to render in Social Inbox, and publish authorized posts.
Usage of Meta APIs is governed by Meta Platform Terms and Instagram API Terms of Use.
You may disconnect Meta integrations at any time, which immediately revokes access and deletes stored OAuth tokens.

5. Privacy Policy

Your privacy is of extreme importance to us. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, store, and process your personal and workspace information, including data synced from your Google account.

6. Limitations of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall Zooby or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

We provide the Service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

8. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including without limitation if you breach these Terms.

9. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect.
